Add editorial emphasis to a short signature or credit line.
Combine Mathematical Italic Unicode letters with a copyable underline for short names, quotes, credits and profile text.
Start with one of these ideas, then replace it with your own words in the generator above.

Italic Underline first maps supported Latin letters to the Unicode Mathematical Italic alphabet, then places U+0332 Combining Low Line after each non-space character. Both parts travel with the copied result: the slanted letter is a Unicode character and the line is a combining mark attached to it. Numbers stay ordinary because Mathematical Italic has no dedicated digit set, but they can still receive the underline.
The combination is useful when italic alone feels too subtle. Try it for a creator credit, short quotation, title, display name or an emphasized phrase inside a caption. It is better for a few words than for a full paragraph: repeated combining marks can make editing awkward and can be announced inconsistently by assistive technology.
Underline position and continuity depend on the font and app receiving the text. A line may sit lower, join unevenly between letters or be removed by a field that normalizes combining characters. Preview the exact phrase in the destination app before publishing and keep important instructions, account details and searchable terms in plain text too.
The generator converts supported letters to Mathematical Italic Unicode and adds U+0332 Combining Low Line after every non-space character.
Unicode has no Mathematical Italic digit alphabet, so digits remain in their ordinary shape while still receiving the underline mark.
Many fields in those apps preserve the Unicode letters and combining lines, but rendering and field rules vary. Test a short phrase before saving it.
Each line belongs to one character. The receiving font controls its width and position, so neighboring segments do not always join perfectly.
